Shonda Bauer: Shonda is married to Rick and has 2 daughters. She graduated from American Falls High School and then attended ISU where she received her certificate in dental assisting and expanded functions. Shonda trained in Scottsdale Arizona completed a national board exam to receive her certificate for TMJ assisting. She started working for Dr. Dwight Romriell in 1989. Shonda attended the Bio Research Tek Scan training and is certified in occlusal analysis, EMG studies, computerized jaw tracking, joint vibration analysis, T-scan registration and motion tomography x-rays. She enjoys extracting your money from insurance companies and dealing with all your insurance headaches. She loves golfing, boating, reading, crocheting and being with her family.

Karen Dorsey: Karen is married to Clay and the mom of 4 wonderful children 3 boys and 1 girl. She graduated from Highland High and then attended ISU where she received her certificate in dental assisting. Karen started working for Dr. Dwight Romriell in 2005. She is excited for the opportunity to work with you. Karen enjoys camping, riding dirt bikes, making crafts and decorating her new home. Karen enjoys her family and spending quality time with her children.

Brittney Romriell : Brittney was born in Anchorage Alaska, but has lived in Pocatello since she was a small child. She attended Pocatello High School but before graduation moved to Washington where she graduated form Kenwick High. Brittney got homesick and decided to move back to Pocatello and finish her education. She is married to her high school sweetheart Joe and they are excited about the arrival of their first child in April. She is an assistant at The TMJ Center and enjoys working with the patients. Brittney enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family.

Philip Romriell : Philip is a native of the Pocatello area, were he began his 28 year career in patient and client services, by working with his brothers Dr. Dwight and Dr. Greg in their dental practices. He married Tami and moved to Anchorage, Alaska where he attend college and worked for nearly 10 years. In the summer of 1988 Philip and his wife later returned to raise their family of five children in the "Home Town" atmosphere of the Portneuf Valley. Philip has always enjoyed helping people. He has dedicated his professional career to the care and service of the needs of the individual. Philip loves activities with his friends and family. Days at the beach, on the ski hill, or just camping in the beautiful Rocky Mountains are some the high points in life as Philip would put it. Philip is excited to be a member of the TMJ Center's team of professionals where he can continue to provide excellent care to patients who need and expect the very best.

Joan Farris: Joan is just an Idaho gal with a husband, two children, 2 grandchildren and a bird. Joan was a long time employee of the Pocatello dental group. Joan works the front desk scheduling your appointments, answering the phone and enjoys working with all the patients and helping them with their needs. Joan enjoys all that life has to offer.

Michelle Jolley: was born in Rexburg Idaho and raised in Pocatello. Michelle graduated from Highland High School in 1995 and attended ISU. She spent three years in Washington D.C. working as a nanny. Michelle has a beautiful amazing daughter Alicia and the love of her life Johnny. Michelle enjoys camping, fishing, skiing, scrap booking and spending time with Johnny and her daughter. Michelle looks forward to helping you with your TMJ needs.
