I appreciate the care

When I began treatment I wasn't able to open my mouth wide enough to put an olive inside. I couldn't chew well enough to eat anything but mushy foods like mashed potatoes. I could not move my jaw from side to side in a normal way. My face and neck had swollen up. I had other problems as well that had occured gradually and that I attributed to aging. Now I can eat a normal diet, I can open my mouth and move my jaw from side to side without pain, and as a bonus the inflamation in my face and neck has subsided. I can also turn my head from side to side without trouble, and my sleep is much better. I feel that treatment has gone well. I appreciate the care and the information that I have received, and the stretches and exercises that have been taught to me to help me stay comfortable. I would recommend The TMJ Sleep Center for anyone who has problems like mine.
