About The TMJ Sleep Center


Opening the center has changed 100’s of lives and continues to touch many others. This team and its facility have brought to one location state of the art equipment, skills, and experience necessary to provide expert care for those in need of our service. Dr. Romriell is one of two doctors in the state of Idaho to have a limited their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ conditions. Dr. Romriell has treated hundreds of TMJ patients over the past 30 years, and a few of the many testimonials are available on this web site. Dr Romriell has received thousands of hours training specifically in the TMJ field and has instructed scores other doctors on numerous occasions over the years in the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ. Dr. Romriell is certified in neuromuscular dentistry which include electromyography (EMG), computerized jaw tracking (EGN), joint vibration analysis (JVA), and computerized bite analysis (T-Scan), proliferative joint therapy, trigger point therapy, complex motion tomography.

The TMJ Sleep Center is proud to offer the availability of an in office CT scan. Images of the head and neck are available in office allowing the immediate visualization of the jaws with their joints to diagnosis any degeneration or change in the jaw position. The airway can also be visualized with this technology to aid in the treatment of airway obstructions involved in sleep apnea. These images are shared with other doctors who are providing for the care of our patients.
